Abandoned truck

In this lesson we are going to paint this rusty old truck, abandoned in a rampant tussle of weeds.

Painting rusty things in watercolours is so much fun! Rust has so many colours which bleed into each other and it feels like watercolour is the perfect medium to capture this.

We've also got a big tangle of weeds in this scene. We'll be using some table salt to create some of the flower texture in the foreground.

If you take your time and break this lesson into small parts, you'll find this scene completely achievable.
