Here's a scene from very close to home. So close, in fact, that's our house there at the back - the one with the new roof.

Back in spring I sketched this scene, when the meadow was full of pretty, white cow parsley. I knew straight away that it would make a lovely tutorial - the rich colours in the foreground and the beautiful light against shadow in the buildings.
