Happy New Year, everyone — here’s to a creative, joy-filled 2026!

Let’s start the year with something beautifully calm and a little bit chilly: a peaceful winter lakeside scene. You may want to be somewhere cosy while you paint this one!

In this new Patreon watercolour tutorial (about an hour long), we work step by step through:

• soft winter greys and subtle colour mixing

• those magical snow splatters that finish the scene
